ENGR. ADODO THOMAS JUNIOR, FCP, MNSE
Managing Director
Engr. Adodo Thomas Junior, MNSE is a highly skilled Civil Engineer with over 10 years of engineering experience with a strong record of planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of projects. He attended the following institutions and obtained the following qualifications: University of East London, United Kingdom, M.Sc. in Construction Engineering Management; Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, M.Sc. in Rural Development and Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Geography and Environmental Studies; Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. He has worked in both the Public and Private Sectors. As a COREN Registered Engineer, Engr. Adodo Thomas Junior is also a member of the following professional bodies; Fellow of Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development, (FCP); Member, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE); Member, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE); Member, Nigerian Environmental Society (MNES); Member, Occupational Safety and Health Association UK (MOSHA); Member, the Nigerian Institution of Professional Engineers and Scientists (MNIPES); and Member, International Association of Engineers (MIAENG). He is a competent Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2015 (EMS-LA), Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 (QMS-LA), Contract Management, Public Procurement and a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. He is adept at coordinating with professionals across different sectors and other stakeholders at every project stage. He creates environments that offer opportunities for improvement and career progression where his experience, capabilities and proficiencies are utilized towards the achievement of organization’s goals and objectives. He possesses core skills in Project and Resource Management, Environmental and Risk Management, Rural Development, Data analytics, Leadership, Negotiation and Contract Administration, Critical and Analytical Thinking, Communication, Consultancy and Strategy Development, Construction and civil engineering methods, and Project coordination.

Engr. Emueyaki Emmanuel, MNSE is a highly skilled Civil Engineer with over 10 years of engineering experience with a strong record of professionalism, teamwork, creativity, and integrity. He attended the following institutions and obtained the following qualifications: Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, B.Eng Civil Engineering. He has vast working experience in the Private Sector. As a COREN Registered Engineer, Engr. Emueyaki Emmanuel is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE). He is a competent Project Management Professional (PMP), Occupational Health Safety and Environment Officer and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) expert. He is adept at coordinating with professionals across different sectors and other stakeholders at every project stage. He is a Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively. He possesses core skills in planning and coordination, strong interpersonal skills, Leadership, teamwork, and negotiation with proven excellence in oral and written communication.
