COTHOM LIMITED was contracted to renovate and upgrade laboratories at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH). The project aimed to modernize laboratory infrastructure, improve functionality, and enhance research capabilities. Our scope included civil works, electrical installations, plumbing, and interior finishing to meet international standards.
